Delivery

Delivery takes place by delivery of the Products by the Seller to the Buyer on the date, place and/or time as agreed. Agreements relating to multiple partial deliveries are regarded as equally many obligations to deliver on specific dates and/or times.

Delivery takes place at the expense and risk of the Seller. If it has been agreed that the Buyer arranges transport, the delivery will be at the expense and risk of the Buyer.

In the event of delivery on demand, the Seller is obliged to deliver the products within the agreed term after the Buyer has called in, where the Buyer is obliged to purchase them within that term.

However, should it happen that a product is temporarily out of stock, the Buyer will be informed immediately and you will be offered an alternative product.

All orders are prepared within 1 business day and shipped the next business day.

The Seller is not liable for exceeding the indicated delivery times.

If the Buyer has received an incorrect (partial) order, the Seller will ensure that the correct items are sent. The shipping costs are for the account and risk of the Seller.
