The Seller will not accept returned products without the Seller's prior written consent.


Any complaints, regarding defects and shortcomings, must be reported in writing within five (5) days of receipt of the order. Complaints about alleged inauthenticity observed during the start of flowering must be reported in writing without delay.


A refund will never exceed the invoice value.
